Hammerhead Construction Services, based in Sarasota, Florida, is a provider of quality contracting and construction services.  We are a state qualified and fully insured general contracting company.

The HCS team has a wide range of work experience.  We’ve managed the construction, rehabilitation and renovation of condominiums, apartments and private homes across the United States including the refurbishment of over 2000 multifamily units in the last four years.

Through both general contracting and subcontracting we’ve also worked with some of the country’s largest retailers including Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Publix, Sweetbay and Albertson’s.
